rules and regulations

大會期間請隨時將名牌掛於胸前，無名牌者不准參加大會一切活動。
Please wear
your conference badge at all times for identification. Any person without
a conference badge will be barred from participating in programs and from
entering the dormitories.
l
大會進行期間，請遵守會場次序，聽從大會服務人員（著藍色制服）之
指示、招呼。
Please
observe the rules and regulations of each program activity and comply with the
instructions issued by the conference personnel.
l
除大會許可之人員外，一律不准照相、錄影、或錄音大會主辦之室內節目。
No one is allowed to record indoor conference activities electronically or
photographically
without permission from TAC-EC.
l
會場內請勿吸煙、喝酒、進食。
No smoking,
drinking, or eating is allowed in conference rooms, except in designated areas.
l
欲在大會期間展示商品、分發傳單者，必須事先取得大會同意。
Anyone wishing to display, sell, or distribute materials/goods must obtain
permission from
TAC-EC.
l
請遵守德拉瓦大學校規以及大會臨時宣佈事項。
Please observe University regulations and the rules/regulations announced by
TAC-EC officials.

每日三餐憑餐卡入餐廳。不食宿之註冊者，如有需要，
可當場購買餐卡。
Your computerized meal card is required to receive food
service.
Individual meals can be purchased at the cafeteria when needed.
l
大會工作人員必須迅速回到服務崗位，請讓他們優先進入餐廳進食。
Please let the conference staff cut into the front of the
line. They have to get in and
out of the cafeteria quickly in order to serve you better.
DORMITORY RULES AND REGULATIONS

請遵守宿舍安全規則，宿舍內不得使用蠟燭以及其他危險物品。
Please observe the dormitory fire safety code. No candles or other
dangerous items are allowed in the dormitory.
l
貴重物品請自行保管，如有遺失，大會恕不負責。
Please safeguard your own valuables. TAC-EC is not responsible for loss or
damage of personal belongings.
l
請勿搬動宿舍內家具。廚房用具、冰箱以及盥洗區，請保持清潔。
Do not move dormitory furniture without permission. Please keep kitchen area, ice box and
bathroom area clean.
l
宿舍內不可飲酒及使用非法藥物。
Use of illicit drugs or alcoholic beverages is strictly
prohibited.
l
請遵守宿舍輔導員之指示。
Please cooperate with floor leaders to make the dormitory
a safe and pleasant place to stay.
l
午夜十二點之後請保持安靜。
Quiet time begins at 12:00 midnight.
l
退房時間：07/06 1:30PM。退房時，請交還鑰匙，拿回定金。
Check out time: 07/06 1:30PM. When checking out, please return your room key so that you
will get your deposit back.
